1. Beta access
The beta may be limited by access code, technical capacity or invitation. The service may change, be interrupted or remove features while the product is validated.
2. Content and rights
You may upload or link only content you own or are legitimately authorised to download and process. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality, image rights, trade secrets or platform rules.
3. Prohibited uses
- Illegal, malicious or third-party infringing content.
- Attempts to bypass access controls, security, limits or retention.
- Abusive automation, unauthorised resale or deliberate overload.
- Use of output as medical diagnosis or a replacement for a qualified professional.
4. Generated outputs
Transcription, extraction, classification and nutrition are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review an output before publishing, applying or using it commercially.
5. Availability and liability
The beta is provided for evaluation and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Deletion and suspension
Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, rights infringement or breach of these terms. Files are deleted under the retention policy or earlier when the user deletes them through the interface.
7. Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction must be completed according to the operator’s actual registered address and mandatory consumer-protection rules.
Complete the tax identity, address, jurisdiction, final providers, transfers and actual retention periods. Obtain legal review before accepting payments or opening the service at scale.
