Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VideoExtract processes personal data, files and links submitted to the service. It is drafted for the beta phase and should receive legal review before large-scale commercial release.

1. Data controller

Representaciones Pablo&Sergio
Tax identification: B21867304
Address: Viladecans
Email: privacy@flowslabapp.com

2. Data we process

We may process the audiovisual file you upload or import, the public URL supplied during import, its technical metadata, generated output, the email provided for early access, security logs and limited technical data such as IP address, user agent and request time. The URL is not added to the permanent job record, although it is transmitted temporarily through the local processing queue.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide the requested service and process the file: performance of a service relationship or pre-contractual steps.
  • Manage beta access and enquiries: consent where applicable and pre-contractual steps.
  • Protect the service, prevent abuse and retain security logs: legitimate interests.
  • Comply with legal obligations: legal obligation.

4. Providers and international transfers

Hosting, database, email, storage, artificial intelligence, nutrition-data providers and the platform or CDN from which a link is imported may be involved in delivering the service. When a URL is imported, the source server receives a request from VideoExtract infrastructure. In the current setup, OpenAI may process audio, frames and text to produce an output, and USDA FoodData Central may be queried for nutrition references. Before commercial launch, processors, locations, contracts and applicable transfer safeguards must be documented.

5. Retention and deletion

The default technical retention period for beta jobs is 72 hours. Users can delete an analysis earlier through the delete control. Early-access leads are retained while needed to manage the beta or until deletion is requested.

6. Automated processing and accuracy

The service uses automated processing to transcribe, interpret and structure content. Outputs can contain errors. Nutrition estimates are not diagnosis or medical advice and must be reviewed before dietary, clinical, editorial or commercial decisions.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without retrospective effect. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, private storage, unpredictable identifiers, access tokens, format and size limits, limited retention and separation between web, API and processing. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Review required before commercial launch

Complete the tax identity, address, jurisdiction, final providers, transfers and actual retention periods. Obtain legal review before accepting payments or opening the service at scale.
